this is a touch rhinoplasty , not an easy surgical procedure but one that creates sophisticated changes to one's appearance, sometimes more challenging than typical hump removal or tip refinement. Nose job is an art and craft . Do not underestimate it. But in skilled hands it is a very satisfactory and predictable procedure. Without gauze packing (have done done one in many years) it is usually pretty painless and well tolerated.
