some patient are simply dissatisfied with the appearance of their face - usually eyebags and heavy lower cheeks. It maybe associated with aging but often is just genetical facial construction. I have been pretty successful with facial reshaping in these patients by combining blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) mid-face lift (cheek lift) and cheek fat pad removal without any visible scars - and this is just one of the options
