Dr Turowski has returned from Aspen/Colorado where he attended a rhinoplasty/nose job meeting. It is great to exchange ideas with our colleagues! I am pleased to hear that more and more surgeons are warming up to the idea of not using gauze packing after rhinoplasty - much less pain for the patients . I have stopped using this several years ago - what a relief for our patients!
